Terms of use
Testnet prototype, draft of October 2026
1. What COOKED is
COOKED is a prototype of a trading competition service run on the Hyperliquid EVM testnet by [operator legal name] ("we"). Players trade with points, not money. Prices come from the Hyperliquid oracle. Prizes are test tokens (tUSDC) that have no value and cannot be exchanged for money through COOKED.
2. Who can use it
You must be of legal age where you live. Do not use COOKED where doing so is prohibited, including [regions to be confirmed]. The prototype is offered for testing and feedback and may change, pause or be reset at any time, including all points, rankings, tiers and test tokens.
3. Your wallet
You connect a wallet you control. We never ask for or hold your private keys or seed phrase. Please use a fresh account with no real assets. You are responsible for what you sign. One-click trading keys stay in your browser and can only place orders in that cook-off until the bell.
4. Hosting a cook-off
Anyone can host. The host deposits the prize (test tokens) into the cook-off contract when it is created; the rules file is fixed at that moment and its fingerprint is stored on chain. Hosts must not use titles or descriptions that are unlawful, misleading, hateful or that impersonate others. We may hide any cook-off from the lobby.
5. Fair play
Do not use several wallets to farm points, collude, attack the service or its contracts, or try to read or change other players' orders. We may remove such players from leaderboards, tiers and divisions shown on this site. Results posted on chain are not changed.
6. Nicknames, links and public mode
Nicknames, social links and public mode are signed by your wallet and shown publicly. Links are entered by you and are not verified by us. We may remove nicknames or links that break these terms.
7. No advice, no warranty
Nothing on COOKED is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Results in a points competition do not predict results with real money. The prototype is provided as is, without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from its use.
8. Contact
[contact email]. Governing law: [to be decided].
Privacy notice
Testnet prototype, draft of October 2026
What we keep
- Wallet address and the messages you sign (to prove an action came from your wallet).
- Nickname, social links, follows, public mode and other settings you choose.
- Registrations and orders. Order details are kept by our server so they can be revealed on chain after the bell. Before the bell only you (and, if you turned on public mode, everyone) can see them on this site.
- Technical logs kept by our hosting providers (such as IP address and time of request) for security.
We do not ask for your name, email or phone number. There are no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser keeps a few settings locally (for example whether the live wire is on).
What is public by design
Anything written on chain is public and permanent: your address, the fingerprints of your orders and, after the bell, the orders themselves, the ranking and the prizes. We cannot delete data from a blockchain.
Where it is stored
On Vercel (web hosting) and Supabase (database), [regions to be confirmed]. Access is limited to the operator.
Your choices
You can change your nickname, links and public mode at any time in Settings, and disconnect your wallet from the account menu. To ask us to delete what our server keeps about your address (data on chain excepted), write to [contact email].
Risk notice
Testnet prototype, draft of October 2026
- No real money. Points and tUSDC have no value. Nothing you win here can be cashed out.
- Leverage is simulated, but it shows how quickly leverage can wipe out a position. Real leveraged trading can lose all of your money. A good result in a points competition does not mean you will trade well with real funds.
- Prototype software. The contracts and the website are not audited. Bugs, testnet outages, oracle errors and resets can change or erase results.
- Wallet safety. Use a fresh account with no real assets. Never share your seed phrase. COOKED will never ask for it.
- What the verification covers. You can recompute the posted ranking from the chain without trusting us. It cannot see price moves between on-chain price records, and it cannot stop one person from using several wallets.
- Keep it fun. If competing stops being fun or starts to feel compulsive, take a break. Turn off the live wire in Settings any time.
